Rich has over 50 years of experience providing financial guidance with LPL Financial, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Phoenix Home Life, New England Financial and Employee Benefit Counselor for telecommunication employees. He has provided guidance and planning services to universities, public schools, telecommunications and health care organizations among many clients through the years.

Rich is a resident of Trinity FL, has three children and five grandchildren. He especially enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and seeing them grow up. Rich is extremely active in community affairs and public service. He is co-founder of the Trinity Rotary Club and is driven to leave a lasting legacy for his family and the Trinity community.

Rich enjoys golf, baseball, and traveling.

Geoff joined the family business straight out of the University of Central Florida in 2011 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in general business. He supported BAI Financial during his college years, shadowing senior BAI team members both in the field and at the office. Since committing to BAI Financial full time in 2012, Geoff has obtained series 7, 66 and insurance and annuity licenses. Geoff’s passion and commitment is helping people with significant life decisions, and he is energized for the challenges that each household’s financial situation brings.

He is a huge sports fan, whether playing or watching and applies his strong will to win to his occupation. He resides in Trinity, FL with his wife Nicole and two children, William and Gabriella. He is very passionate and active in the local community. As a current Trinity Rotarian, Geoff is a frequent volunteer for local non-profits and charities. Geoff currently sits on two board of directors and serves on several committees for local organizations.

Rick has provided Information/ Technology and Operations support to BAI Financial since 2013.
He has over fifteen years experience in the wireless phone and electronics industry performing
management and sales positions at RadioShack, Target Mobile and Verizon Wireless.

He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration. Rick is also active in the community as a current Rotarian, a member of the
Trinity-Odessa Satellite Rotary Club. As a member, he is a frequent volunteer for local non-
profits and charities.

Rick is a huge sports historian and fan. He has a variety of passions such as golf, cars, collecting
and entertainment. But most of all, he takes pride in making genuine connections with people.
He resides in Lutz, FL.

Pedey happily joined BAI Financial in February 2014 from the Sarasota County Humane Society. Pedey is thrilled and energized (all the time) to assist you in reaching your life and financial goals. He frequently visits the office and is a very hard worker as long as he is rewarded with treats. Pedey loves car rides and meeting new friends on long walks in the neighborhood.
